Day 1: Phnom Penh – Arrival
Upon arrival at Phnom Penh Airport, meet and transfer by our local guide to the hotel for check-in (early check-in is not included and it is subject to the hotel’s availabilities). Free at leisure
Late afternoon, our guide will come to walk you from the hotel to have a welcome dinner at the local restaurant and he/she will also brief you on the itinerary and safety of your cycling tours.

Day 2: Phnom Penh – Koh Dach – Phnom Penh Cycling
Breakfast at the hotel.
We start to cycle from the hotel down to the Mekong River and ride the local ferry to cross to Arey Ksat, then we continue to ride through the village along the riverside, stop to visit the local pagoda, and visit one family that working on silk weaving. Then we ride the local ferry again to cross to Koh Oknha Tei (Small Mekong Island) to cycle around this island, the village is very beautiful and full of local farms like corn, banana, watermelon, tomato, green beans, and so on…, the guide will stop you at the nice spot for a picture and interact with the local families. Then we continue to cycle to Koh Dach (Big Mekong Island), visit the local school and learn more about the education standards in Cambodia. Meet some of the local children (if your visit is on a weekday) and learn more about their ambitions in life. Homemade lunch will be provided at Bong Thea’s house, the owner graduated in Germany and she return to Cambodia to work as a German Speaking More than 20 years, now she is retiring from her guiding and setting up her homestay on this island.
After lunch, we are transferred back to Phnom Penh by a support vehicle, and visit the Royal Palace and Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Dinner at the local restaurant

Day 3: Phnom Penh – Ta Keo Cycling
Start with a short transfer to Sáng a local market located 25km south of Phnom Penh. Start cycling from the busy market and observe the bustling trade that is part of daily life. Continue cycling over dikes, through beautiful countryside (via Svay Kham, Wat Cha, and Prey Kambass), passing pagodas and traditional houses. Get a few stoppings on the way for visiting the local families and snack breaks. Lunch at the local restaurant upon arrival at Angkor Borei, then we visit the Angkor Borei Museum, and Prasat Phnom Da temple. Located atop the mountain, Prasat Phnom Da is one of the most significant temples in the region. It is an ancient temple dating to the Funan era of the 1st to 6th century. I believe it is also the largest temple of this type. It stands alone atop the mountain and can easily be seen from afar if it was not shielded by trees.
Take the speedboat ride to Ta Keo for about 50 minutes, on arrival check-in at the hotel and relax.

Day 4: Ta Keo – Kep Cycling
Breakfast at the hotel.
We start cycling from the hotel through the main market of Krong Doun Keo and get to the village roads to Kampong Trach, our target today is 60-70km. The cycling adventure on the back road passes small villages and some parts of the roads are paved and red dirt we also cycle along the Cambodia Railway, and we will have village stopping and snack breaks for every 23 to 30km cycling. Fishing our cycling upon arrival at Kampong Trach Cave, take about 30 minutes to visit the ancient cave in the original mountain. The area’s main attraction is a series of limestone caves and tubes that have been carved into a nearby mountain. The roof of a large cave in the center of a mountain has collapsed, making a small, enclosed jungle. Transfer to the crab market in Kep by a support vehicle and have lunch at the local restaurant. Check-in at the hotel and free at leisure
Late afternoon, we drive around Kep City and take some time to walk around the beach before we are going to have dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 5: Kep – Kampot – Sihanouk Ville
Breakfast at the hotel.
We start to cycle around Kep City and continue to cycle further to visit the Bo Tree Farm, it is one of the best pepper Kampong Farms and the owner also grow other types of Cambodian fruit trees such as coconut, mango, and durian. Enjoy the cold coconut juice and learn about the whole process of pepper plantation before we continue to cycle to visit Phnom Chngok (the ancient cave on the natural mountain), and also stop to visit the natural salt field. We continue to ride along the Kampong River to have lunch at the local restaurant in Le Manguies Lodge. After lunch, we are transferred by the support vehicle to Sihanouk Ville. Check in at the hotel and enjoy the relaxation on the beach of the resort.

Day 6: Sihanouk Ville – Koh Rong Sanloem Excursion
At about 630 am, enjoy the early morning cycling along the beaches in Sihanouk Ville to get the nice fresh air and see the locals doing exercise such as dancing, and walking and then we return to our hotel for breakfast.
Get ready for our island excursion, and prepare stuff for the beach such as sunglass, hats, and swimming suits. We are transferred to the boat pier, where we take the speed boat for the 45-minute ride to Koh Rong Sanloem, located just off the coast of Sihanoukville, Cambodia, Koh Rong Sanloem is Koh Rong’s stunning sister island. It is a peaceful relaxing destination with breathtaking scenery – Pristine white beaches, clear turquoise ocean waters, and a tropical jungle wilderness. A real ‘island paradise’ – As it is often called by tourists. On arrival, spend your time on the white sand beach, walking around, and swimming…. Lunch will be arranged at the restaurant in Eden Beach Resort. After lunch, we ride the boat back to Sihanouk Ville. Free at leisure – dinner on your own

Day 7: Sihanouk Ville – Kep Phos – Kirirom

Today we cycle from Sihanouk Ville along the coast to Keo Pos Beach, with many stops on the way for a coffee break and to visit some villages. After lunch at the local restaurant in Keo Pos, we are transferred by the support vehicle to Kirirom National Park. On arrival, at the top of the hill of the Park, we visit the former King’s Residence and drive around to figure out how big the park is. Check-in at the resort and relax – dinner at the restaurant in the resort.

Day 8: Kirirom – Kampong Chhnang Cycling
Today we leave the hotel early, transfer down the hill and start to ride from the foot of the mountain to Chambok Village Community stop at Dei Dos for a picnic breakfast, and continue to ride through the villages on the back road to Oral. We will be passing through big sugar cane plantations, exotic villages, friendly families, and many kids saying hello. After we reach our target of 60-70km cycling, we are transferred by the support van to Oral District to have lunch at the local restaurant.
After lunch, we drive all the way down to Kampong Chhnang. On arrival, check-in and relax, dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 9: Kampong Chhnang – Kampong Thom – Siem Reap Cycling
The early morning ride is always the best for us to avoid the hid, so we start cycling from the hotel at 630 am, then take a local ferry ride to cross the Tone Sap River, it will take us 50 minutes on this ferry ride. Continue to cycle straight away from the ferry through the villages on the back road as always, after reaching 25km cycling we will stop for our breakfast picnic. And continue to cycle all the way down to Kampong Thom City, with many stops on the way to see the local activities, farmers in the rice paddies, and snack break. Lunch at the local restaurant in Kampong Thom, then you will be transferred by the support vehicle to the hotel in Siem Reap. Check in at the hotel upon arrival, and relax.
Late afternoon, our guide and driver will drive you around this beautiful city of Siem Reap and have dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 11: Siem Reap – Tonle Sap Cycling & Kayaking
Breakfast at the hotel.
We start cycling from the hotel on the back road to the countryside to West Baray, a village stop to visit one of the local family are making Kralanh which is sticky rice cooked in a bamboo container with coconut milk, taste and we continue to cycle up on the West Baray Dam. West Baray is a manmade lake that was built in the 11th century and rebuilt in the Khmer Rouge time, 1975-79. Now it becomes a very important reservoir to keep the water to supply the farming work to the locals living around this area. Cycle further north to a more remote village, and we get to one of the big local markets called Puok, it is known as the grilled chicken market, but not only selling chicken they also sell many other exotic snacks such as deep-fried water bugs, crickets, grasshoppers. After tasting some of those exotic snacks in the market we cycle down to Tonle Sap Lake, and embark on the local boat upon arrival at the pier. Ride the boat to Mechrey Floating Village, a lovely small floating village with about 100 families. Enjoy kayaking through the village, get closer to each family on the floating house, and visit the floating school and picnic lunch will be provided in one of these floating houses.
After lunch, we continue to kayak again in the mangrove forest (only in the high-water season) and then ride the boat back to the pier. Cycle again to our hotel in Siem Reap with a few stops on the way to see the villagers weave a basket out of vines. Get back to your hotel around 5 pm, and relax.

Day 12: Angkor Temples Cycling
We start early to ride our bikes from the hotel at about 6.30 am to Angkor Wat Temple and take about 1 hour 30 minutes to visit the biggest religious building in the world, Angkor Wat. Breakfast boxes will be provided at the local café before we continue to ride our bikes to visit Bayon Temple in Angkor Thom City. Next, ride to the Preah Khan temple and enjoy the homemade lunch at the local house in Angkor Thom Village. After lunch, we ride along the Grand Circle to get to Preah Dak village, Srah Srang, and stop to visit Ta Prohm, the jungle temple before riding back to your hotel in Siem Reap. Dinner at the local restaurant

07.30 am, get ready and start to ride our bikes from the hotel to Trav Kod Lake, which is a natural lake located 30km north of Siem Reap town via Chreav, Bakong, and Aka Kambot villages. The riding loops today are fantastic on back roads, we will stop to visit the local primary school, village lifestyle, pagoda, and unseen temples (Banteay Ampil, and Chaw Srei Vibol). Lunch will be at the local restaurant at Trav Kod Lake, take a little rest and take bath on this natural lake before we ride back to Siem Reap via Phnom Bok Village, also stop to visit the villagers do palm leave weaving (making souvenirs boxes and hats). Arrive back to Siem Reap around 4 pm, and relax at the hotel. Dinner tonight is on your own
