We recommend arriving at the Hoa Lu border in Vietnam around 10:00 AM. After crossing into Cambodia at the Trapaing Sre border, our guide will meet you to assist with visa applications and all immigration procedures. Then, we will transfer you to Kratie, where you’ll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, you’ll embark on a boat ride along the Mekong River to search for the rare Mekong Irrawaddy Dolphins, one of the world’s most endangered freshwater species. Known for their rounded foreheads and shy behavior, these gentle dolphins surface briefly and silently, offering a truly special opportunity to witness a remarkable and elusive creature in its natural habitat — a true highlight of the trip. Next, we will visit Wat 100 Pillars before proceeding to Stung Treng. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at the hotel and have free leisure time. In the evening, enjoy a sunset drink overlooking the Mekong River, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
