Our guide and bikes will be at the hotel at 7:30 a.m. and get you the 15-minute briefing about the trip and safety. Then we started to ride our bikes through the countryside passing small villages, rice paddies, and lotus farms. We made a few stops at the local house to see the villagers working on farms, vegetable gardens, and weaving. Upon arrival at the Tonle Sap Lake, we embark on the long tail boat to ride to Mychrey Floating Village where our kayaking is beginning. You will be amazed as you kayak gently through this floating village where you will be welcomed by warming smiles from the humble Cambodian people who live on this fantastic lake or you can cruise on the boat in the village and kayak gently to the Tonle Sap Lake with great scenery and seeing rare birds. Lunch boxes will be provided on the floating house, then we ride the boat back to the pier and continue to ride our bikes to Puok Market, West Baray, and return to Siem Reap. Dinner at the local restaurant and overnight at the hotel

Kris M2023-03-09 This is the way to experience Cambodia! Merry Travel/ Sam is an excellent tour guide and the tour is perfectly curated . You get to experience Cambodia authentically and at the ground level- the awesome ancient temples, the horrifying but important political history and the resilient, friendly people and their present day life/livelihoods. I cannot recommend Merry Travel and Sam enough! Our trip was a 10 out of 10! Trek7907062023-03-05 Just the right level of support Sam seems to intuitively know when to explain and when to let us discover things for ourselves. The discovery of Angkor Wat--truly one of the great treasures of humanity--unfolded flawlessly in this way: unhurried, flowing, and awe-inspiring. Thanks to Sam and the Merry Travel team for an unforgettable experience! NETraveler2023-03-04 Highly Recommend Merry Travel The tour guides at Merry Travel are very knowledgeable and fun to travel with. I have taken 5 groups of students and 2 groups of adults. In addition, I have recommended at least 3 other friends to work with him. If you want professionalism and fairness, Sam is the person for you. Merry Travel is an outstanding business and I cannot applaud it enough. We did 3 days of cycling in Angkor Wat, then went to Phnom Penh and then Kampot. Sam worked out all the transfers and we had excellent guides, including Sam himself. He knows what it takes to make the customer happy and he is very even-keeled in his approach.
