Upon arrival, we’ll take a local boat to explore this authentic community of over 100 families living on floating houses, with a floating school and shops. Enjoy kayaking in the mangrove forest and open water, spotting birds and wildlife along the way. Next, continue by boat to Prek Toal Village, the largest and most remote floating village on Tonle Sap Lake. Surrounded by peaceful waters and wild wetlands, it offers a unique glimpse into traditional floating village life. You’ll be welcomed by a local host family, ride a boat around the village, enjoy the sunset, and experience the tranquility of this special place before spending the night in a floating house with your host family.

After a delightful breakfast at a local house, enjoy an early boat ride to Prek Toal Bird Sanctuary with a local ranger who can help identify various bird species. Prek Toal is the largest breeding ground for waterbirds on Tonle Sap Lake, home to many endangered and rare species such as herons, kingfishers, and storks, making it a must-visit for bird enthusiasts. The sanctuary is an important ecological site, offering a peaceful escape into Cambodia’s rich biodiversity.
Next, continue by boat to Treak Village and visit Wat Cheu Khmao, built on a small island in the middle of Tonle Sap Lake. After disembarking, transfer by car to a farmhouse for a traditional Cambodian lunch, then visit the Angkor Silk Farm.
